THE PROFILE:
Our Sales Assistant is not just a salesperson: he/she is in charge of the sales ceremonial, the one who knows how to create the right atmosphere for the customer. He/she does all this not alone, but as part of a team: he/she deals with other sellers on a daily basis, but also with the manager, the marketing director, the window dresser, the creatives and the stylists.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a professional who for our boutique is able to:
- Welcome the customer and getting to know them.
- Define with the customer a guideline of his/her needs and desires.
- Make a proposal of brands and garments selected on the customer's needs.
- Make an analysis of the merchandise in the store and to divide it according to the emotions that each item can convey
- Periodic VAT settlements, Intrastat and Esterometer processing
- Control and management of notices of irregularities/collection forms.
- Control of Expense Notes.
- Management of monthly reporting.
- Administrative activities: checking incoming and outgoing documentation, filing documentation, etc.
- Operational interface with accounting firm.
SKILSS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or degree in business field.
- Prior experience of at least 2 years in the role.
- Familiarity with IT tools and Office package (especially Excel); knowledge of AS400 system or SAP will be considered a plus.
- Basic knowledge of the English language.
- Propensity for methodical work; sense of organization; flexibility and results orientation; teamworking skills; good communication and listening skills.
