If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with their order, a return request may be made within 10 days of receipt of the item(s).
The following terms must be followed fo the return to be processed:
- The original SECURITY SEAL must be intact and attached to the item(s), and must not have been removed or cut in any way.
- Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
- Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.)received with the order.
- Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
- Returns should be sent with the original shipment box.
- In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise received, clients should send photographic support to email@example.com
- Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim trunks or briefs) and intimate apparel (briefs, boxers) must be tried on over underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygienic strip has been removed. Items that have any sign of use or wear will be returned to the client.
- - Pick-ups for all authorized returns with DOBOUTIQUE.COM's courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment.
- - DOBOUTIQUE.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent with the same courier as specified in the email detailing the return instructions. If an unauthorized return is accepted, DOBOUTIQUE.COM reserves the right to deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
- - DOBOUTIQUE.COM will not accept returned merchandise that does not follow the terms and conditions of the returns policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
All authorized returned merchandise is subject re-entry inspection which is at the sole discretion of DOBOUTIQUE.COM and must meet all the requirements listed under the Return Policy
If the authorized returned item(s) passes re-entry inspection, the Client will receive a confirmation of the return from firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the Client requests a Size Change the exchange item will be sent to the Client free of charge.
If the Client requests a refund, the refund minus a return fee of €20,00 and any Import/Export Tax & Fees incurred will be processed as per the original payment method selected.
Generally, refunds processed via credit card will reappear in the Client’s card statement within ten working days, however the exact time may depend from credit card company to credit card company.
DOBOUTIQUE.COM reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns. DOBOUTIQUE.COM will NOT accept any items that have been worn, washed or altered for any reason. DOBOUTIQUE.COM reserves the right to INSPECT returned merchandise and assess re-stocking fees depending on the state of the returned merchandise
1. E-mail email@example.com within 10 days from the delivery date to request a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.). Please include Order Number (T#######), Item Code(s) of the item(s) to be returned and state if the return is size exchange, store credit or refund.
2. Please send the return with the courier indicated in the email sent by DOBOUTIQUE.COM customer service. Please write the Return Authorization Number on the Airway Bill, on the outside of the box and complete the AirWay Bill as per the instructions in the RAN E-mail. (The Courier will provide the AirWay Bill to complete upon pick-up)
