THE PROFILE:

The objectives of the position sought will be related to acquiring target customers, increasing retention rates among customers, and managing brand reputation, with a view to leading to increased awareness of the brand among the target audience (brand awareness).

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conception, design coordination of events aimed at engaging current and potential customers. Monitoring and evaluation of results
• Management of the client loyalty system
• Management of the clienteling system
• Managing and monitoring the physical client experience at our boutiques

SKILSS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Educational background in economics/business or marketing and communications.
• Previous experience in roles pertaining to the world of Luxury preferred
• Ability to develop marketing strategies
• Ability to conduct market analysis
• Ability to design events
• Ability to analyze costs and evaluate ROI
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PPT), CRM
• Social-Communication Skills, Creativity, Proactivity, Analysis, Organization, Negotiation, Flexibility, Problem solving, Customer and Result orientation, Autonomy.
